1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item;
  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and with no signs of wear;
  • You submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Due to the nature of books and intellectual property, we do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preference, such as not liking the content or having purchased the wrong title.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • E-books or digital downloads (if offered in the future)
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Books with obvious signs of use, handling, or wear
  • Sale and clearance items (unless defective)

3. Returns Process

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or replacement, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at admin@pastorthembitwabu.co.za within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the book and packaging
  3. Wait for our team to review your request and provide approval instructions.
  4. Once approved, you will be given details on how to send the item back if required.

Please do not send any items back without receiving confirmation from our support team.


4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • In their original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our side (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).


6. Exchanges

Once a tracking number has been issued or the parcel has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
